Stage 06

Packaging

Automatic packaging systems for jumbo rolls and slitted rolls — wrapping, banding, labeling, and handling ready for storage and dispatch.

Sub-stages

01Process Overview

Packaging is the final automated step after winding and slitting. Neo Engenior engineers end-of-line systems that take finished jumbo (mother) rolls and slitted daughter rolls through protective wrapping, banding, labeling, and handling — so material leaves the line stable, identified, and ready for warehouse or shipment.

02Technical Approach

Systems are configured for large master rolls and for packs of narrow slitted rolls. Typical functions include automatic roll take-off and transfer, film or stretch wrapping, circumferential or edge banding, core and roll labeling, and optional weighing or barcode/RFID marking. Layouts integrate with upstream slitters and winders so roll diameter, width, and weight ranges match your product mix without manual rehandling.

03Performance Engineering

Emphasis is on gentle roll handling to protect edge quality and build density, fast changeover between jumbo and slitted formats, and clear traceability from production order to pallet or dispatch unit. Inline labeling and ID marking close the loop for inventory and customer logistics.
