1. Our commitment
Neo Engenior Ltd. (“Neo Engenior”) is committed to lawful, ethical and responsible conduct in all business activities. Compliance means observing applicable laws and regulations — in particular Maltese and European Union law — as well as our internal policies and ethical standards.
2. Code of conduct
Our code of conduct guides employees, management and anyone acting on our behalf. We also expect business partners to support equivalent standards. Core principles include:
- Integrity and fairness in business dealings
- Zero tolerance for corruption, bribery and facilitation payments
- Fair competition and rejection of anti-competitive practices
- Compliance with export-control, customs and sanctions rules
- Protection of confidential information, trade secrets and intellectual property
- Respect for human rights and fair labour conditions
- Health, safety and responsible environmental practices
- Accurate books, records and financial reporting
3. Anti-corruption and conflicts of interest
Neo Engenior prohibits bribery and corruption in any form, whether involving public officials or private counterparties. Employees and partners must avoid conflicts of interest, or disclose them promptly so they can be managed. Gifts, hospitality and donations are permitted only if lawful, modest, transparent and consistent with our internal rules.
4. Export control and sanctions
As an engineering company supplying nonwoven production technology and related services, we observe applicable EU and Maltese export-control, dual-use and sanctions regulations. We do not engage in transactions that would violate those rules and expect customers and partners to provide accurate end-use and destination information when required.
5. Data protection and information security
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Maltese data-protection law. Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect systems and information against unauthorised access.
6. Supply chain responsibility
We aim to work with suppliers and partners who respect human rights, labour standards, environmental requirements and anti-corruption rules. Where we identify material risks in our business relationships, we seek to address them proportionately through contractual expectations, dialogue and, where necessary, remediation or termination of the relationship.
7. Speak-up / whistleblowing
Concerns about possible unlawful or unethical conduct may be raised confidentially through our Whistleblower System. Retaliation against good-faith reports is not tolerated.
